Refund Policy

All sales are final unless stated otherwise.

If you arrive 10 minutes or more late to your booking without prior notice, you are subject to a cancellation without a refund.

Please give at least 2 hours notice if you are wanting to reschedule your booking time. I aim to be as flexible with my clients as possible as I understand how dynamic and quick-changing our circumstances in life can be.

You may cancel your booking for a full refund with 24 hours of notice.

- Pregnancy/fertility

- Health concerns

- Deceased loved ones 

- Legal Matters

While these matters may arise naturally in our conversations, I will not give specific advice or counseling in any of these matters. Please seek a professional for serious medical, mental health, and legal concerns. Tarot and spiritual guidance is not a replacement for professional services.
